www.whispercreekernews.com respects your privacy and will not publish anything with the intent of releasing or exposing your private information.
The purpose of the website is to inform and promote community among those of us residing together in Whisper Creek.
In line with our goal of providing information and promoting community, group photos of unidentified individuals may be taken during activities and events and posted on the website. Such photos will be carefully selected as to only highlight the activity and event, not the participants. No individual photos will be posted without the individual’s express permission.
The name, lot number and street name of contributors will be published on the website so they may be contacted if there is a question about the information they contribute. Email addresses and or phone numbers will only be printed with the express permission of the contributor.
Our email list is limited to those considered to be “residents” of Whisper Creek. This includes those who pay year round lot rent and/or those who return year after year on a part-time basis. First time guests or those who stay for a few weeks or months do not receive emails, but have access to most of the same information on the website. This is to keep the email list manageable and a more private vehicle as we release the minutes and reports from the Central Committee.
We hope this information helps you feel confident in using the website. Many, many hours of volunteer time has gone into this attempt to provide you with timely information and tidbits to help us build community within Whisper Creek.
